The 1st time I used Stay Chat, I was at position #2 in the queue and it took 18 minutes until finally a Reside agent responded. The next time, I was at position #two yet again, but this time it only took eight minutes wait time. This is fairly excellent in comparison to other exchanges that only reply by way of e-mail, without having Dwell Chat cho
